As Chief Executive Officer of SpectrumX, he has played a central role in the company's growth and development within UK pharmaceutical manufacturing, working across manufacturers, distributors and healthcare providers to build trusted commercial partnerships.

Barry Saint

Chief Financial Officer

Barry Saint is a Cambridge University Engineering graduate with more than 20 years' experience across global finance, corporate strategy and investment banking.

His background includes capital raising, IPO, venture and private equity transactions, strategic partnerships, M&A and international growth. He has also served as CFO of an early-stage biotechnology company and Group Treasurer of pharmaceutical business Indivior.

Ben Hibbert

Operations Director

Ben Hibbert has more than 20 years' experience across science, pharmaceuticals, facilities and operational delivery.

Having been with SpectrumX from the beginning, he has helped shape and deliver the company's strategic objectives and now leads operational functions and key projects from inception through to completion.

Omair Sattar

Technical Director

Omair Sattar has more than a decade of experience in pharmaceutical quality across Sterile, Non-Sterile and GMP-regulated environments.

As Quality Director at SpectrumX, he leads strategic quality initiatives, regulatory compliance and operational excellence, with experience spanning Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R&D, regulatory inspections, QMS implementation, batch release, deviation management and supplier qualification.

Eman Alqadoori

Regulatory Affairs and QA Manager

Eman Alqadoori is an experienced Quality and Regulatory leader with nearly 20 years' experience across regulated healthcare environments.

She holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an MBA, combining scientific expertise with commercial and strategic understanding to support product development, regulatory compliance and pharmaceutical supply.

Michael Ruddick

Head of Production

Michael Ruddick has more than 30 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, progressing from operator through to senior leadership roles.

His background includes GMP operations across biologics, aseptic and oral solid-dose manufacturing, as well as experience with Controlled Drugs and high-potency products.

Richard Jones

Head of People

Richard Jones leads the people function at SpectrumX, with responsibility for HR, culture, organisational development and employee experience.

His background spans people and organisational management across both public and private-sector organisations, with a focus on building capable teams, developing people and supporting a strong, consistent workplace culture as the company grows.

David Jones

In-House Counsel

David Jones was called to the Bar in 2006 and subsequently cross-qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 after working as an in-house lawyer in London.

His legal experience combines strategic problem-solving, commercial judgement and litigation expertise, with consistent recognition in the Legal 500.

Debra Leeves

Non-Executive Director

Debra Leeves has more than 25 years' experience across technology and the pharmaceutical industry, having held senior and C-level roles in the US, Asia-Pacific and Europe.

Her career has included roles with organisations including Pfizer, GSK and GE, spanning commercial, clinical, financial, quality and medical functions. She also brings extensive experience as a public-company and growth-company board director.

Jennifer Von Strohe

Marketing Director

Jennifer Von Strohe is a senior marketing and commercial leader with more than 25 years of global experience building brands, driving growth and translating complex regulated products into clear market strategies across pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech, fintech, FMCG and digital industries.

As a founding member of SpectrumX, she has helped build the company from inception and has led brand development, market positioning, product launches, regulatory and compliance communications, go-to-market strategy, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional commercial activity.
